Do you have difficulty breathing, experience chronic bronchitis or other health realted issues? Do you smoke because of stress or to reduce fatigue? Are your loved ones bothering you to quit? You have the desire, possibly made some attempts which may not have worked out so well and as a result you remain in the same vicious cycle with more frustration and increased self doubt.

Old habits die hard and it can be quite the challenge, physically and emotionally, of letting go of a behavior that has become part of who you are. The chemicals that are found in cigarettes today often reinforce a silent addiction to nicotine. If you want to make a change and begin anew, then this workshop is for you.
HEALTHY BREATHING: A Smoking Cessation Program will walk you through the process of education, preparation and the development of a personal plan as a foundation to promote long term change and let go of this unwanting behavior.
This program is 8 weeks and can be offered individually and as a workshop.
