KALLI KONTOS LCSW-R, CASAC, BCD, CAMS-II
Kalli Kontos is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work (BCD) and a Certified Anger Management Specialist Level II (CAMS-II). She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and a “Become a Love and Logic Parent” Independent Facilitator instructor.
Kalli has over 20 years experience as a Therapist, Program Administrator, and Educational Trainer. She has treated clients diagnosed with Depression Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD), Addictions and Self Esteem. Treatment modalities include individual, group, couples and family therapy with a varied and personalized theoretical approach, which is determined on a case by case basis.
Kalli is a graduate of Adelphi University’s School of Social Work. She has also obtained her Field Instruction Certificate from Fordham University and has supervised students from Adelphi University, Molloy College/Fordham University, C.W. Post, SUNY Stony Brook, and Columbia University. Kalli is also an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and a member of the NYS Society for Clinical Social Work (NYSSCSW).
Kalli also has experience as a Human Resource Manager and Office Manager. She has a certificate from C.W. Post ‘Human Resource Management Program’ and is a past member of Long Island Society of Human Resources Management. Kalli speaks fluent Greek. She understands the culture and is available to service the Greek-American Community of Long Island NY.

DONNA GORDONSON, LCSW-R
CHILD THERAPIST (Ages 6-13 years old)
Donna Gordonson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) and Certified School Social Worker in New York State.
With a specialty in Child and Family therapy, Donna has over 25 years experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) in mental health settings and over 14 years experience as a School Social Worker. She has treated children ages 6-13 years old clients diagnosed with Depression Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, and Behavioral Issues. Treatment modalities include individual, family, and group therapy with a varied and personalized theoretical approach.
Donna has also provided diagnostic assessment for children with developmental and learning disabilities. She also has vast knowledge of the special education process, educating and empowering parents through the special education system in order for their children to receive better services. She is also a speaker on Drug Prevention, Gang Prevention and Anti-Bullying.
Donna is a graduate of Adelphi University’s School of Social Work. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Field Education Department, teaching field instruction. Donna is also a Liaison for Social Work Students that are placed in agency internships. Donna has also worked at Schneider’s Learning Diagnostic Center and is very resourceful to parents with children of special education needs.
