ANGER MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP 

 

Anger is an emotion that is often misunderstood as 'being bad'.  It often has consequenses that has and impact on oneself, relationships, and personal goals often resulting in depression, low-self esteem, and self doubt.

 

Do you find it difficult to communicate with others?

Are you angry or explosive in action?

Have you felt unheard by others?

Do you yell to be heard? feel guilty as a result?

 

This workshop you will learn about this powerful emotion called anger and how it is shown in ones behavior.  In addition, effective communication skills, coping strategies and stress management will also be explored resulting in a personal anger managment plan.

Completion certificate available upon request
